Just wondering if anyone knows how to bulk update the work hours for multiple resources in D365 Field Services?
The work hours for approx 150 staff is about to change and I am hoping we don't have to manually update each resources record.
Any help on this topic is much appreciated.
Use Work Hour Templates. Fix the work hour for just one resource, create a work hour template referring that resource, and then apply new work hour template (as a calendar) to all the resources.

As Ali explained you can use a resource as a template and then apply this template to a max of 25 resources at once. Work hours can also be changed programmatically, an example is a plugin in the XRM Toolbox. Finally, consider ISV solutions to setup the entire schedule, particularly helpful with shift models and different shift patterns: appsource.microsoft.com/.../velrada.powerrosterip
