Label not appearing in form

I added some fields to a standard table and form

on the form i added them without a field group, i chose a place and added them under a certain field
 
They appear fine in my environment, regardless if i use a small or big monitor.

But the customer came back with a feedback that one of the fields label is not appearing fully
Example:
If actual label is

xxxxxxxxx yyyyyyyy zzzzzzzzz aaa
it appears for them as 
xxxxxxxxx yyyyyyyy zzzzzzzzz...  (full label is not appearing, the aaa is not appearing, but dots are appearing instead)

what could be the issue? as it's working fine in my environment and using different monitors

    I agree with André. If the same user gets a larger monitor or screen, they might say it looks different now. You can't expect the UI to behave the same across different devices. It can adjust based on factors like resolution and screen size.
    Generally labels are kept short, whereas the Help Texts are long.

    Hi Deldyn,
     
    This can be related to what browser is used, the version of Dynamics 365, or the screen resolution. You can check the differences between your PC and the customer's.

    How did you add the field in the form? Did you change any of the properties of the field control in the form?
