Hi Guys,

I would like to config a payment terminal to connect CPOS with a payment gateway (LinkLy payment gateway). HW station is pair successfully to CPOS.

Then, I updated EFT service and select External because the eftpos machine will talk to Linkly client running on each local device. Then the Linkly client will talk with the on-premise server. I would like to ask what is Usename and password I can use in this scenario?

Also, I wonder if the Pinpad is Managed by EFT service is the correct one in this case? I try to config IP address in the register but it is totally grey, I could not make an edit

Can you please advise how I can make a change on the IP address?

I hope you have a payment connector that integrates with the said payment provider. It will be better to check with the payment provider or the partner who built the connector.

To update the IP address for any peripheral that is specific to a device,

the hardware profile should be configured to network

Then you can configure the IP address at the device level in Registers Form
