Overdue Tasks in Customer Journeys

Hello,

Right now in my Customer Journeys, when someone opens or clicks an email I have a Marketing Task created for that Contact's Owner. After a few days, that Task becomes "Overdue" by nature.

Is there a way to tell it to keep that Task opened, indefinitely, until the Contact Owner can mark it as complete/lost/etc?

I don't see any customization options in the creation of Marketing Task.

You can keep the Task open longer....

In the Task Template, change the Duration, in the drop down select 3 days, then edit the duration value to a larger number of days (i.e. the dropdown has a limited number of items, but after selecting an option you can change the number part - this is standard CRM behaviour with durations)

Thank you for that answer! Perfect. I now have another question that goes hand in hand:

    1. Is there a way to mark all of the current Marketing Tasks as complete?

    2. Is there a way, going forward, when creating the Marketing Task in the Customer Journey to mark it as complete?
