Not able to run existing plugins

I am trying to install plug-in and try to run the plug-in.

After import solution and licence , when i try to configure plug-in it gives message to install Microsoft Silverlight which is already installed.

when i try to click anywhere in  popup,it will close.

how i configure plug-in?

    i have done what you told,clearing browsing history and reinstall microsoft silverlight,

    but i am still have same issue.

    Whenever i click anywhere in the  popup ,popup will close.

    so i cannot able to move further in configuration.

    You can try to remove history of your browser, close all browser and try again, if not try to install and reinstall it again.

    Hi HIMBAP,

    I have already install -Microsoft Silverlight Version: 5.1.40620.0 .

    and in that plug-in they did not mention which silverlight version is require.

    i have import both licence and solution zip file successfully but cannot move further because of this popup.

    can u please help?

    Hi Nikki,

    It seems you are referring to custom add-on, some of the add-on required latest Silver light  plugin installed, so you need to make sure correct version of the silver light installed, please check the requirement of the add-on like which version required for it and install that accordingly.

    what should i do while popup open?

    when silverlight popup open i cannot able to move further process.
