CRM 365: Plugin registration tool error

Hi

When I use plugin registration tool to connect to my 365 online instance it throws the below error.

I have downloaded the latest xrm tool box and used the plugin reg tool from there.

    The user is a system admin in the CRM system and I am logged in even now.

    Hi ,

    Seems this is permission related issue , so you need to provide the system admin user with valid URL ,Region (if you are not aware then select 'Don't know' ) and credentials .

    Hi,

    Could you please share a screenshot of the values you are providing? If you are able to access you crm online org, you should be able to cnnect to PLT using the same credentials.

    I have already tried selecting 'Don't know' and the user is a system administrator.

    Hi,

    Please read error!

    "You don't have permission to access any of the organizations in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online region that you specified. If you're not sure which region your organization resides in, choose "Don't know" for the CRM region and try again. Otherwise, check with your CRM administrator."

    It is a licensed version and CRM version is "Version 1612 (8.2.2.339).

    The problem still exist.

    Are you using trial version or license version ?

    Which crm version are you using?
