Hello,
Could you guide me on adding the Document No to the G/L Registers Report as part of the displayed columns?

If you're referring to the G/L Registers Page in your screenshot then its not possible. This is because one register can include one, or multiple document numbers so having one field for the document no. would not work.

Hi, If you just need a reference, you can use From Entry No. or To Entry No. to get it from General Ledger Entries.

Hope this can give you some hints.
