We are currently managing a custom-built food ordering platform for Firehouse Subs firehousesubs-menue.com/ and are exploring the most efficient way to integrate it with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for better order and inventory management.
Our goals are:
To automatically sync customer orders from the website into Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service module
Log payment details and delivery preferences
Trigger real-time inventory updates
Automate customer communications using Dynamics workflows
Has anyone here integrated a similar custom platform with Dynamics 365?
Would Power Automate, Dataverse, or a custom REST API bridge be the best approach for this use case?
Any insights, recommended connectors, or sample architecture diagrams would be greatly appreciated.
