user does not have send-as privilege

Hi everyone,

I'm working with a client that needs send emails in different moments, I have already configured a user account in the system so that it is in charge of sending those emails. But when another user of the system tries to register, for example, a potential customer (one of the occasions in which it is necessary to send the electronic mail) the system show me this message: "user does not have send-as privilege", this occurs every time you perform one of the actions in which the email must be sent. The workflows used to send are real-time workflow. Already check the permissions of both the user configured for the sending of email and those of other users and all permissions are assigned correctly, does anyone know how to solve this problem?

It need to be configured at two places:

Once configured, this should solve the issue.

Hi Diana,

As told in the above thread, to send email as another user( in the From field of the email) in Dynamics CRM, you need to have the Send Email as Another user privilege.
