Share File from home desk to User doesn't work

Hello,

we are currently using the 90-days trial version of remote Assist and we are trying to figure out how to share files with one another. Normally, the remote desk should be able to share a file from his oneDrive with the hololens user, but when I do, the user gets the error that the download failed.

Now to my question: The hololens user account doesn't have access to OneDrive and is only using the trial version of Dynamics 365. Is it normal that, under these circumstances, he can't get any files from me, or should he still be able to do so? If the latter is the case, what could be the possible reasoning behind the downloading error?

The user also gets a message about field service in connection to that download error, could that have anything to do with it?
