Hi all

Thank you for all your helps.

I've a quick question, why we need a display length of 4 for an EDT even though it has a string length 2. (E.g.-EDT LogisticsAddressCountryRegionISOCode)

It’s just a curiosity to know why the standard followed like this!

Is there any particular reason for this?

Very good question.

Answer is very simple, there is no validation display length against EDT size in kernel.

Hope it is cleared.

using Display length it helps adjusting size of text box so that value in can be viewed properly
