Report toolbar and CRM parameters are greyed out

Hello,

We have CRM 2015 server with UR 0.2, when executing reports the SSRS toolbar and the CRM parameters are greyed out.

It happened suddenly, I have checked recently Windows updates then uninstalled then, reinstalled the CRM, it's not a SPN problem, reinstalled Report viewer and SSRS connector but always the same problem on all client's machines and server.

Even fresh CRM installation have the same problem.

Any help very appreciated.

Problem solved by full uninstall (CRM Websites, folders, SSRS connector, Microsoft report viewer), reinstall urlrewrite 1.1, reboot then resintall CRM with a new ConfigDB.

Hi

I just encountered similar problem in crm 2016 and I managed to solve it without reinstall.

Server has two organizations, one disabled (empty, created during crm 2016 install) and the other enabled (imported from crm 2015). Reports in the enabled organization didn't work. But after enabling the disabled organization all reports started working.
