Counting number of emails for a ticket without custom code

Hi experts,

As stated in the subject, I need to count the total number of incoming emails associated to a case.  I am using an OOB workflow to simply increment as emails come in for the case.  But this would stop on resolution of case.  The setting is such that emails can still get associated to the case even after resolution.  Now if the case is reactivated, the email count should be refreshed and show the latest picture.  Can this be done through OOB workflow? Please help.

    Hello,

Have you checked OOB Rollup fields? If not wrong it will calculate number properly even when case is closed.
