Has anyone experienced an issue with event registrations checkout button not working? We are seeing an issue with events portal where checkout button only work in mobile view and does nothing in non-mobile view.
Do you mean the ‘emulate payment’ button in the sample event portal? I found the button was not working when I did some testing last week. It didn’t work in web or mobile for me so I resorted to manually creating registrations but that was ok as I was testing.

Is this for paid events? This seems like a bug - could you open a support ticket? We will investigate what's going on.

Hey Adam, yes - in order to make event payments work with the payment provider of your choice, please follow the documentation here to connect a payment provider and finalize registrations - docs.microsoft.com/.../event-payment-gateway
The issue was related to having "Use Website Header and Footer" checkbox enabled in PortalAPI web template. Disabling it resolved the the issue.
