Aged Purchase Orders

Good Afternoon,

I am wondering if anyone can help with a query regarding Aged Purchase Orders, if it can be done.  I am looking to find which Purchase Orders were open at a certain date including the line items.  I need to produce a report to show this information however I am struggling to find where I can obtain this.  Could anyone assist?

    You can do that with Smartlist and the document date.  Purchasing->Purchase Line Items and modify the Items Past Required date.

    Thanks for replying Richard. I have had a look at the Purchase Line Items Smart List however I cannot see Items Past Required as a field (both filtered and all) to add. As I understand, these lines will show what they are currently as at now rather than at the specific date?

    I simply added the required date to the Smartlist. You can then set search criteria on the date.

    Do you see the Required Date on the list when you click the add field button?
