Hello Guys,
I'm trying to configure CRM with smtp email server.
I created SMTP server Profile and enter correct credentials ,ALLOW SSL to false I always receive the following error :
The email message "Test Message" cannot be sent because an error occurred while establishing a secure connection to the email server. Mailboxdidn't synchronize. The owner of the email server profile SMTP has been notified.
Email Server Error Code: Smtp server returned OutgoingServerSecureChannelError MustIssueStartTlsFirst
>Error : System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.57 SMTP; Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail during MAIL FROM
However I entered the correct info and credential.
Also When I try to create console application using SMTPClient class it works without SSL !!!!!!
so I've been 2 days struggle what should be the CRM error
