We can't save your changes right now, because the data is being updated in a transaction done by another session.how can we resolve this issue?

    That sounds to me like there is a database lock.
    You must wait for the other transaction to finish.
    You can see its details in the Database Locks functionality and then see the session that is causing a lock to make the corresponding decisions.
