UCI Add Contract Entity Problem

Hi All,

I want to add Contract Entity in UCI. My Hub view is Customer Service. When I add yhe contract asset it does not visible on the hub screen. One for the same subject report entity.

Is it bug or this subject knows anyone ?

    Hi,

    Contract entity is not available in UCI. It might be enabled in near future.

    Check below image as Enabled for unified client is grayed out.

    Thanks for reply my ticket. I cant change this button. This field read only. (My Dynamics Project's Onprime) Why ?

    Hi,

    As I Said Contract entity is going to be depreciated and that is why it is not available for UCI.

    Check below forum.

    As it was commented here,the contract was deprecated, please consider the doc:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/important-changes-coming#contracts-contract-line-items-and-contract-templates-entities-are-deprecated

    Contracts, Contract Line Items, and Contract Templates entities are deprecated

    The Contracts, Contract Line Items, and Contract Templates entities are deprecated and will be removed in a future major release. This functionality has been replaced by entitlements in Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
