Have you experienced losing GL10001 details?

I have unposted GL transaction from GJ to the other SL modules. When I'm about to post the batches, GP returned "Account is missing" errors in the General Posting Journal & so the transaction went to the Batch Recovery window. When I recovered the batch and reviewed the transactions, I found out that GL details where deleted but headers are all complete. This happened to more than 1 batches. I am running Activity Tracking but there are no traces there of user deletion. I am also sure that it is not also deleted back-end.

I am using GP9Build301.

Hi Zelle,

Yes i got this issue before from one from my customers, and it happened about 3 or 4 times then stopped and no reason why this issue happened.
