Can't change the 'Show sent emails after' Date on the Sent Emails Page in BC

I have a User who can't change the date on the Sent Emails Page. I've tried multiple permissions sets to allow for this and I've also setup the User Email Policies for the user to be View all emails. Has anyone come across this issue and knows how to resolve it?

Hi,

Sent emails data are only for history purpose, not to change anything or will not allow you to change anything on sent emails list.

Why you want to change sent Date?

Did you ever find a solution to this? Also having the same issue. Would like to check older emails sent for confirmation purposes and it will not show anything older than a couple of weeks.
