How do I reverse a completed Operation? When I go to Production order details > Route button > Feedback tab the Report-as-finised checkbox is cheked for the Operation. I want to back up and redo the Report-as-finisehed on the Operation.

In AX 2009 I have Report-as-finished an Operation on a Production order. I entered the wrong quantity. I want to "back up" to where I was before I updated the RAF on this Operation and redo it. Nothing I do seems to uncheck the Report-as-finished checkbox on the Route Feedback tab.

Have you tried resetting the status to created?

Have you tried creating a new route card journal for the difference or to reverse the quantity? It depends what you are trying to achieve - is it just the good quantity on teh route that is wrong, or is it the RAF as well - if you need to reverse the completed quantity then resetting the status as Stacie suggests would undo everything (if you have not transferred SFC time)
