    Hi Tham,

One option is what Andre mentioned, another option is to add a field on warehouse master (Disable warehouse or similar), once it's marked the value on the warehouse drop down is restricted (DEV can help code this). You should just made sure that the change is made at lower level so all users are impacted as you indicated that warehouse needs to be disabled (assuming for all users). Most probably the objects modified will be inventLocation table or related objects.

    Hi Tham,

You might have a look at my example for warehouse security using eXtensible Data Security: dynamicspedia.com/.../extensible-data-security-examples-secure-by-warehouse

    Hi Satish Panwar,

Can you clearly decription for "If you end up going down the path of customization, just make sure you modify the method that initialized the whs drop down so it's not visible in any warehouse drop down."

I want to understand more for this.

    Thanks

Don't think there is a way to disable the entire warehouse without a customization. Option that you can use is "change warehouse name to something "do not use" etc. Or go down the path of customization. If you end up going down the path of customization, just make sure you modify the method that initialized the whs drop down so it's not visible in any warehouse drop down.

in 2012, you may have an option to rename the warehouse, see if that can help you out.
