Dynamics GP Field Service

Does anyone have any insight on the Field Service module? Looking for a way to re-invoice a Service Call that hasn't been moved to history. I can edit it after and add items if needed.

I know out of the box GP doesn't do this. Looking for a workaround if someone has done this.

    I think your main objective is to avoid re-entering of same information, only workaround I can see is too have a customization, to add a button 'Duplicate Service Call' with status Invoiced and not moved to history, it will read the next available service call number and with the existing information of desired invoiced service call create a record in SVC tables.

    So in this way individual service call have their history and can easy be track.

    We need to maintain the same service call number. We have other documents that reference the Service call number and also use attachments. Thanks for the suggestions though.
