Email multiple attachments on Invoices

I am trying to configure GP2010 to send multiple invoices to a given customer on one email. I have it set to print as PDF and I have the "Multiple attachments per email" checked on the Customer Card>Email Options. I have tried it with both Docx and PDF, but it still sends an email for each invoice selected to print, rather than combining multiple attachments on one email. Has anyone had this issue?

    Hi seseroy,

    You may want to have a look at Spindle Professional from Draycir,  www.drayicr.com/spindle You will be ble to send all you invoices in one go for multiple customers.  Each customer will recieve their own email's with multi attachments at the click of a button, at the same time Spindle will automatically create a PDF archive library on you pc or network.

    I will answer my own question in case someone else comes across this. We were using one of the "macros" in the bottom of the message window. SOP# was in the subject and body of the email. Apparently this cannot be used if sending multiple attachments on single email.

    Glad to hear you figured it out Seseroy. Thanks for updating the forum with your solution.

    The Collections Management module is also the way to go for emailing multiple invoices to customers. You can package the invoices, statements, etc all in one email automatically.
