Please provide me the solution of this Query as soon as possible.
 
In Case Entity: Once the case goes from UAT state to Ready to close state, then case related all activities in the timeline should be non-editable or lock(like task, Email, phone call etc)

    Hi,
     
    When your case has open associated activities.
    When you click Resolve Case, all open associated activities are canceled. And the activities with state Canceled are read-only and not editable.
     
    Therefore, this can be utilized to add the Ready to close state to the resolved status.
    You can add the Ready to close state in Resolved in the Status Reason option set field of the case entity.
     
    You can select this state as you resolve cases.
