Emails blocked for opted in contacts with Commercial consent present

Emails are being blocked to contacts that are opted in. The consent is present for Commercial for the contacts, but the Delivery Issues pane tells me the blocked reason is "consent not present".
 
Why is this happening please?

    Just to confirm, if you navigate to the Consent Center, can you definitely see the consent listed for that exact email address?

     


    If so, do any of the Purpose / Topic information match what is set in the settings of the email?

    Thank you for your response.
     
    I can confirm that the consent status is 'opted in' for exact email addresses, and that the settings in the compliance section of the blocked emails in question match the purpose AND topics in the consent center. 
     
    This is why I'm so confused! Thanks for your help.

    I'm having this issue as well. We are testing the compliance centre and have unsubscribed, re-subscribed and now we don't receive newsletters with the reason "No consent". The purpose and topic are both saying opted-in, bulk email and email are set to allow. I'm not sure what else to do?? Did you ever figure this out?
