I want to know how can we Set a check on Duplication of any field in Dynamics AX 2012? In my case, I have to set CNIC number field unique for each worker.

what about if you set it Primary key of table??

You use a unique index for that defined on the table for the field, or combination of fields which you would like to avoid duplication for.
Got the following error while changing AllowDuplication value to "No", Please guide
Follow what the error message told you. Why do you have AOSAuthorization set on the field? Is this a field you have created, or Standard AX. If the latter, what table and field is it?
