Sales return order Error - Replacement order setup is missing for return order number

Hello,

I am trying to post a packing slip for a Sales return order and I get this error, "Replacement order setup is missing for return order number...".

But I do not have a requirement for a replacement order and did not create any replacement order/ done any setup.

it is a serialized item and have not used the 'find sales order' function to create this return order. Simply entered a line for multiple Quantities of one item line.

What setup it could be looking for?

Hy Indiguna,

usual we setup Return Order process (RMA) using "Dispostition Code" and Return Order.

May be you take a look to docs about this:
