Can you set which user sees which group in a model driven app?

Hi fairly new to D365. I am working on a model driven app and have created tables. I am now creating the sitemap. I want to know if it's possible to allow certain users to see certain groups in a model driven app, and other users to see different groups/subareas? Thanks.

in your example, if the user does not have rights to see the account entity subarea, will the user still see the group though?

you should set the security roles from entities for example if you have a group that only contains the account entity and the user does not have the read right for the account entity then the group will not be visible to that user
