I require the inventory unit field to be editable for updating lines in the PO lines of purchase order.

Can you check your item RBK-002 and whether an inventory unit has been set up in the released product form for that item?
To me it seems that this has been forgotten and you might not be able to edit it.
If this is the case, you can either set up a new product or ask a development colleague for some technical help.
