Summary report on Employee's Benefits for Code DD, Box 12 of W2

I had a previous report request (https://community.dynamics.com/gp/f/32/t/144559.aspx) that I was able to setup on Employee Wages for a year, but now additional information has been requested to be included.

It is requested that this report also include anything reported on Box 12 (with code DD) of the employees W2. I can see in Great Plains, if I open up an employee and go to the Benefits tab, if I select a Benefit Code with W2 Label DD and click Summary, it will give me a nice breakdown by month/quarter/year.

Any thoughts how I can pull this information out in a SQL query?

    I think I figured out how to calculate out to match what I see in the Summary window descripted above. Could someone tell me what the "pyrlrtyp = 3" restriction is doing?

    I'll just have to include all payrolcd's that are associated to code DD and that should get me what I want.

    (a.MTDWAGES_1+a.MTDWAGES_2+a.MTDWAGES_3+a.MTDWAGES_4+a.MTDWAGES_5+a.MTDWAGES_6+

    a.MTDWAGES_7+a.MTDWAGES_8+a.MTDWAGES_9+a.MTDWAGES_10+a.MTDWAGES_11+a.MTDWAGES_12) as MTDWAGES

    WHERE employid='xxxx'

    PYRLRTY  refers to the type of payroll transaction.  3 is a benefit.  type 1 is pay codes, type 2 is deductions, type 4 is state tax and type 5 is local taxes.
