Product Catalog w/options for an Opportunity

Hello D365 Community!

Have a question here and looking for thoughts/answers (if possible). Here is my scenario -

Sales Manager is using the Opportunity module tied in w/Product Catalog.
Sales Manager selects base /Service A/ to offer to potential customer on Opportunity.
Once Sales Manager selects /Service A/ to offer, an additional /something/ (menu, 2nd product catalog, other???) opens and allows the Sales Manager to also offer /Option A/, /Option B/, /Option C/, etc... Sales Manager can choose none, one, or more to add to base opportunity. Think upsell or cross sell.
- /The Catch/ - Option A, B, C, etc... are only shown/available if Service A has been selected. If Service B (or C or D...) instead of A was selected, Option A, B, C are not even seen.
There may be times when an additional Service might need existing Options so in theory, Option B could be a choice for Service A, D, and F

I think it can be done, but just looking at thoughts on this and if anyone has ever worked on something like this.

Appreciate any thoughts or insight on this.
