ER: Unable to print time on ER output even though DateTime field is mapped

I have mapped a field with DateTime field time and I am expecting the output on the report must be Date + Time. But somehow it is not the same. Do you know how to handle it?

When I do test it is working in designer though

Hi,
Are there any error messages? If it is an error that the model parameters have not been found, you can check this link: ER: Parameters for model have not been found. (dynamics.com)
In addition, you also check to see if there are any custom behaviors that affect the ER output.

Hi,

You need to check:
1-In your Excel file, there is a specific format on this cell (e.g. Short date). You can set the cell format to required format
2-Check if on format designer the node for Sign_Date_and_time has the required format for DateTime type: DateTime

I addition to 1 and 2, you can add a formula to change date time format
