Just recently one of our customer's Portal started having an issue when trying to login to the Portals (certificate not found)
This is online portals, have anyone faced this issue before? there hasn't been any changes against site settings or anything
Dear Partner,
The Primary Certificate of your Portal has been expired, In order to mitigating this problem, please follow below document on renew the authentication key

Note:
The Authentication key is expired every two years. Please remember to renew the authentication key every two years.
