Hi

I used to be able to see on the views if the record is part of an Hierarchy - there was a symbol on the left side of the record, but I am not able to see it anymore.

Is there some setting for that ?

Thanks

    Hi,

Maybe the records you are seeing are not the part of a hierarchy? When you open record form can you see the "hierarchy" button top right (next to up and down arrow to change the record)? On the command bar you should also have button "Show hierarchy" is it still there? In the settings of the entity (Settings->Cusotmizartions->customize the system) that is supposed to have hierarchy check Hierarchy settings - if they are there, maybe somebody changed the customizations in the system.
