Hello I am looking to set up a route which after sending the email the listener would only be on a single outgoing link which if there is a click on it activates a personalized trigger the problem is that all the links in the email are listen so if the client starts by clicking on another link the client does not go into the trigger branch

Hi,

This is expected behavior.

In the journey you designed, the customized trigger is activated only when the customer clicks on a certain link in the email.

If you want the custom trigger to be activated as soon as the customer clicks on the link in the email （no matter which one it is）, then you can design it as follows.
