We have a transaction that we can't access to process. The user entered as a cash receipt and "Saved" it. Now, while we can see it in a sales transaction document inquiry with the status "Work", nobody can open it. We get informed that it is being edited by another user. I would welcome any advice on how to deal with this transaction.

I have the same question (0)Turns out we were able to access the transaction in the receivables transaction Smart List and delete it so the issue is not an issue any more.
