Hi all, I released a plugin to the development environment (where it works) on the client's development environment, but in the client's environment it doesn't work. The mystery is that it does not give errors, the process is completed.
The plugin is called upon request by the form. I tried to bring the dll both via solution and via Plugin registration tool.
According to you, where could the problem be, has a similar case ever occurred to you?

I would first enable plugin trace log and see if the plugin fires or not. When you enable, please make sure you enable it to log all, not just errors.

If the plugin does not fire at all, it means either the plugin has not been activated or may not have been published yet.
