How to show the Resolution details inside email

Any idea on how to display the information upon case resolution inside the email that should go out to the customer upon resolution?

    Hello,

    Where do you send your email from? If it's the plugin - you should be able to query incidentresolution associate with your case. If it's Flow - you can do exactly the same.

    If it's workflow you can use Get Case Resolution step of my UWT - url to download it is in my signature.
