i am working in custom page and trying to patch some selected fields from the page(want to create them as records)
so have:

-Employee(Lookup)
-Start Date (date)
-End Date(date)
-End Date(date)
-Asset(Lookup
-Asset Type (Lookup)
how can i use the patch function here for the lookup fields
PS: i have "requestId" as input o the form where the button that open the custom page is. & knowing that the combo box can have multiple selection.
