System Message 10247

One of our customers is getting this error. I tried to find out on the Knowledgebase but I couldn't find anything on this error message. Where can I find info about this problema?

    Hi

    Please find below the correction steps for this issue.

    1)Take a backup of Solomon.ini file under SL root folder.

    2) Changing this line in Solomon.ini:

        [Database Runtime]

         AsynncDelay=1

    Please check it and let me know if you need any assistance
