Yes. This is an extension that must be enabled and it requires a subscription to Azure Machine Learning. The subscription offers 30 minutes of compute time per month for free.
To enable it, search for Service Connections, then choose the Late Payment Prediction Setup option, and then fill in the fields as necessary.
