D365 Plugin Registration Tool - Not Working

Hello,

I am currently unable to use ANY of the buttons with the Plugin Registration tool used for D365. My goal is to update an Assembly. However, if I click the "Update" button, nothing happens. I tested out all the other buttons and the results is the same. Although, I am able to successfully connect to my D365 environment.

I've downloaded the following Nuget packages to my Visual Studio solution. 

1.) Microsoft.CRMSdk.CoreAssembiles (Version 9.0.2.49)

2.) Microsoft.CRMSdk.XrmTooling.PluginRegistrationTool (9.1.0.184)

Any guidance or assistance would be appreciated!

    Try using the Plugin Registration tool from the XrmToolBox.

    Tried above 2 answers still not working.  Anyone have any updated potential solution for this?
