Lead Generation from Customer Journey

Hello,
I am facing issue where in I have set the customer journey and it is live. The email is sent but then the creation of lead is showing that it is created but I cant find the lead anywhere. Kindly help out as this is urgent. The flow is running smooth except this one issue.

    Hi,

    I did some testing and the following is the procedure.

    Step 1. Create a journey based on segment. There are 2 contacts in the segment.


    Step 2. Create leads with email sending.


    Step 3. Make this Journey go live.


    Step 4. Find the already created leads.
    1. The Create lead tile indicates that leads have been created.
    1. Select Leads under the Lead management
    1. Switch the view to All Leads.
    1. The image shows the leads created from the Journey created in step 3 (test journey 1).


    According to the official article, the Create Leads tile does not match existing Leads, it always creates a new Lead as you can see in the following picture.

    • In this image, 2 different journeys generate the same lead.


    We recommend that you switch the view to All Leads, and then filter the leads according to the name of the designed journey.
