This Mailbox is disable for incoming email processing.

Hello,

we have requirement to auto generate the Case when emails comes to my outlook.

we have follow the below steps:

1. Create Queue

2. Create Routing rules

3.  Create Auto Creation Rules

4. Create Email Profile

5. Create Mailbox.

We have get all the incoming emails in queue ,however it not generating case automatically. then we get to know mailbox is required to setup. we did setup the mailbox and try to execute the test. however outgoing mail is success and incoming mail is fail.

please any one can help us to generate case automatically.

    I wondering if your Gmail is configured correctly for incoming email, Please perform the following Steps to enable the following Gmail settings to work with CRM;

    Server Type: Other (POP3/SMPT)

    Incoming Server Location: pop.gmail.com

    Outgoing Server Location: smtp.gmail.com

    Authenticate Using: Credentials Specified by a User or Queue

    Use same settings for Outgoing: No (currently, but have used Yes and "Credentials Specified by a User or Queue" also)

    Incoming Port: 995

    Outgoing Port: 587

    1.- Enable POP/Imap ports in GMAIL (configuration/settings Forwarding and POP/IMAP)

    2.- Security Checkup: Accounts and Import - Other Google Account settings

    3.- Disable less secure apps www.google.com/.../lesssecureapps

    now both Incoming & Outgoing mail success but can't create automatically case from email can you please guide me right step for automcatically case creation.

    Hello Raz,

    I have created Auto case, but one issue is case response mail status is pending send. I have configured mailbox and incoming & outgoing both status is a success. can you please guide me regarding this issue.

    Are you using server side sync or email router? If its email router, then it needs to be set up properly and clutter has to be removed
