My company runs Great Plains Professional to track service calls. As service calls are updated, users of GP do not see the changes until manually clicking refresh. Is there a way to automate the refresh of smartlist's in GP?

You can run a macro to refresh a smartlist. The problem is scheduling that macro to run at regular intervals and making sure that it doesn't interfere with another window that might be open. I'm still thinking this through but that's where I would start.
In v10.0 I'd be thinking about the new connected Excel reports and using that instead of a Smartlist.
