SharePoint integration - Unexpected Error

We are having issues with our CRM Online to SharePoint on premise integration. When I go to Documents for older oppertunities it works as usual.

But when I create a new oppertunity and go to Documents, it should create the document storage in SharePoint, as it has done before. But the last weeks we have gotten the error:

Unexpected Error
An error has occurred.

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.

Which does not say a lot. I can't find any more details on this error. It seems it is throwing an error creating the Document folder in SharePoint. I've looked at the SharePoint logs, but can't find anything related. I can't find any logs in CRM Online at all.

Is there anywhere in CRM online I can get additional information on this? So I can get a specific error message.

Or does anyone have any suggestions on what is wrong and what I should try?

Did it ever work?    Does it fail for the system admin as well?    If a sysadmin cannot create, check the permissions for that ID on SharePoint as the user needs the correct permissions on the Sharepoint server as well.

I am site collection admin and admin for CRM. It has worked before, yes... And the oppertunities that have been created before still work

I just can't create a new oppertunity and add documents to it any longer

I would open a case with Microsoft.  Sounds like something on the backend if causing issue..

Where exactly should I open the case? Do you have a link?

If you go to CRM online and Office 365 Admin Center, Support and request ticket.  It will start the process
