How can I use ClientGlobalContext.js.aspx in ISV (ASP.net)

I've been developing a custom page using ASP.net. I hosted the web page via ISV(Actually in a virtual directory) Folder in dynamics crm server. I want to implement Xrm Javascript in aspx(or html) to use webservice such as Restful service. In my previous work, I used to using xrm javascript in WebResource on the entity form. It worked fine. 

Can anybody know how to implement Xrm Javascript in ASP.Net?

    ClientGlobalContext.js.aspx can't be used inside an external ASP.NET application, can be used only inside HTML web resources.
