Hi,
i've looking around for this and even spoke with our IT who have come up short.
basically some of our cases keep being assigned to someone else be it to the system, an existing user or even a historic user. this is all being done automatically.
the pattern i've noticed is that on the wall there are two posts at the same time
1: case has been assigned to ... by Ashley
2: case has been assigned to Ashley by System.
it seems that it is sticking with the one that's assigned by me (i'm down as the administrator).
either myself or another team member will then have to go and assign them back to the correct user.
i'm a bit lost as to what i can do fix this and hope if you guys have any ideas as to how i can resolve this.
i'm currently using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
