Thanks for your time in advance! I'm facing a task that requires to import email records from outlook into CRM 2015. My questions are as following:
1. How to export emails from outlook to a supported type that could import into CRM?
2. Would the emails imported into CRM still trigger the auto case creation rules and plugins?

Hi Allen, thank you for your reply! The case is that CRM was down for a day, when it got back to work, I have emails left in the outlook that didn't send into CRM to process during the down time. So I'm wondering if I could import those emails manually back into CRM.

Or are you trying import emails as activities?
